A mockumentary comedy series starring Rhys Darby (Jumanji, Wrecked, Flight of the Conchords) that explores life in a small town. Journalist David Farrier (Dark Tourist, Tickled) embeds himself in the town to meet the people who embody the character and life of the place. Across the eight-part series Darby plays all seven main characters in a tour de force of comedic versatility.
Short Poppies has screened on Netflix, Hulu, TVNZ and Channel 7.
